I'm getting pissed of it. EVERY TIME you press warp&jump to gates you NEED to check if system still remembers about "jump" part of an order. Because in like 80% of time ship won't do anything after finishing warp. It looks than no dev or QA really looked at it since implementing.
So CCP: do you need help of my 8 year old daughter to actually test it? The Mittani: "the inappropriate drunked joke"

Scipio Artelius wrote:Are you sure you aren't just seeing the same thing and assuming the jump part has been missed? yes, i DO sure.
Usually it looks like this: - ships leaves warp - speed gets to 0 - you wait, nothing happens - you wait, nothing happens - you wait, nothing happens - then you press 'jump' and you get 'session is already changing' like this function is already active
it mostly happens when you use d-scan while warping. But not only in this case.
It looks like when you pressed 'warp&XXX' you should not touch Eve client at all

Eran Mintor wrote:Ive had this issue often but I dont consider it that annoying considering this is a newer function and I'm used to having to click jump after warping anyways. It should be fixed but yea...nothing to rage over. back in 2012 i lose Daredevil because of this. Pressed 'warp&dock' and left to bed. Returned to find myself in cloning facility: ship didn't dock and occasional roamer found it. Yes, this was my mistake to not check....
Just recently pressed 'warp&jump' without any flags and timers. Was needed to go afk for like 30-40 seconds. Returned just in time to safe my ship from faction NPC which already started to eat it. Again: ship warped and didn't jump.
It's OK when you sit there and control your ship every moment. Just annoying but nothing to rage about. The problem is when you NEED to go afk for a moment and you simply cannot trust this simple function "warp, approach if needed, jump".
Eran Mintor wrote: I think it is a clientside issue as I have lots of weird problems on my ****** laptop, such as dropdown menus not offering the warp function, and instead suggest I approach things that are AU's away. Once everything is loaded after the session change, it updates. Perhaps this is similar. If you have short warps and jump straight away it, the client may have not finished loading.
Just speculation from experience.
i have laggy internet lately. Maybe this is a reason. But noone can help: nor CCP or my internet-provider.

Praetor Meles wrote: Edit: Also, could you just confirm for my curiosity that this isn't regularly happening when you're trying to jump into Jita, hmmm?

I do Jita other way: i kill wartargets on entrances.
And nope: most of the times it happens when i use d-scan while warping. Maybe this makes some interference in command queues... Not sure. It looks like when you don't touch client at all it does its job well. The Mittani: "the inappropriate drunked joke"

It looks like when you don't touch client at all it does its job well. Try and replicate it a few times doing that. If you get a reasonable success rate, submit a bug report to CCP with details of how you reproduce it (And when, so they can check the logs that show nothing ) it sounds reasonable but i have posted lots of bug reports in my past. and almost nothing was fixed.
My last bug-report is unanswered for like 1 month already. And this is bug where you only need to look at killmail and you see what's wrong. Bugs like this in my software usually take about few minutes to investigate and 1-2 hours to fix. But it looks like here we have very big amount of bug reports....
